I owned one of these but didn’t really like it. I have since bought an FTDX10 which foregoes 2m and 70cm – which means I’m not so possessed about the memory banks because at times, I felt like throttling the 991A over it’s memories which would never stay as I programmed them. The FTDX10 has a revised menu system, a real spectrum scope and is overall a nicer rig to operate. And the memories don’t wander off and do their own thing.
The 991A docs and files are here at >>Yaesu<<
A third party piece of software for managing the memories of the FT-991A is >>FTRestore<< by VK2BYI.
