The Barrett 550 is a turn of the century outback radio competitor to Codan. Once belonging to VK2MBA (SK) I have had this in my Triton briefly with a matching Barrett 910 auto tuning antenna but found it very unwieldy as an amateur radio and have since removed it.
Below is a diagram of the short control cable required between the rig and the thick cable that runs out to the autotune antenna.
